To empower women and girls by creating inclusive opportunities in sports, skills development, leadership, community upliftment and cultural heritage, fostering confident, capable and connected individuals who contribute meaningfully to society.
Our key objectives.
Every partnership and gift is put to work across eight commitments that shape how we run our programmes.
- Create safe and inclusive platforms for female participation in recreational and competitive sporting activities.
- Promote sports as a tool for building confidence, teamwork and resilience among young girls and women.
- Encourage innovation, problem-solving and critical thinking among youth to prepare them for leadership roles locally and globally.
- Provide training in vocational, digital and entrepreneurial skills to enhance employability and financial independence.
- Build partnerships with schools, community groups and stakeholders to expand social impact.
- Use creative arts, storytelling and cultural exchanges to connect young people with their roots while inspiring global relevance.
- Provide platforms for girls and women to share their voices, stories and solutions to societal challenges.
- Collaborate with policymakers, NGOs and international bodies to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a gender-focused lens.
